  1. Ah.. this is an amazing idea!! I love that you paired Christmas movies with books and I love your connections between them all!!
I think The Afterlife of Holly Chase is such a cool idea as a retelling of A Christmas Carol would be so amazing as I feel like there is a lot to explore with that idea!!
I love the link between Elf and The Trials of Apollo (I think Elf is my favourite Christmas movie ever). Also the plot for The Trials of Apollo sounds so cool and I need to pick Rick Riordan’s books up!!
Yeah I think The Princess Switch will be one movie I only watch once, it is cute but like you said the reason was a bit weak πŸ˜‚!!
Great post, I loved reading it ! πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you so much, I’m so glad to hear that you liked my post! πŸ’•
It’s definitely a great retelling and I love what Holly Chase did with the original story, there’s a really great twist to it! I hope you end up liking The Trials of Apollo, they are the perfect books to read when you’re in the mood for something with a lot of humor πŸ₯°
I’ll still watch the Princess Switch sequel next year, but it’s really my least favorite Netflix movie so far πŸ˜…

  2. I’m currently reading The Afterlife of Holly Chase, and I’m loving it so far. I’m actually listening to the audiobook – which I rarely do – and the narrator is wonderful. She really enhances the story. Also, yes, the animated Christmas Carol movie is THE BEST. Great post, I love lots of these books and movies. πŸ™‚
